About Kula Construction, LLC

Kula Construction was established in 1996 by Tom Hawkins in Kailua, on the windward side of the island of Oahu. Tom has over forty years of construction experience ranging from framing to finish carpentry and numerous other trades. He became licensed as a general contractor in Hawaii in 1993 and served as Vice President and R.M.E. for Sopray, Inc. for three years prior to starting Kula Construction. Kula Construction has a well established reputation for sucessfully managing projects ranging in size from $2,000.00 to over $2,000,000.00 and in scope from residential to commercial. The team at Kula has taken these projects from bidding to completion, finishing on time and within owner's budgets.

Kula Construction strives to create and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with our clients, architects, sub-contractors, and suppliers in order to produce the highest quality of workmanship in the most efficient manner.
