Tom Hawkins, the principal of Kula Construction, has lived in Hawaii for the past sixteen years. He has over thirty years of construction experience starting in 1967. His experience ranges from framing to finish carpentry and numerous other trades. He became licensed as a general contractor in Hawaii in 1993 and served as Vice President and R.M.E. for Sopray, Inc. for three years prior to starting Kula Construction. Tom has a well established track record managing projects ranging in size from $2,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 and in scope from residential to commercial. He has taken these projects from bidding to their successful completions, on time and within budget.
